Verified Elle and Ryan epitomize excellence in their field. Previously, we had entrusted the sale of our appropriately priced home in Mililani, situated within one of Hawaii's premier public-school districts, to another agent from August 2023 to February 2024. Despite being in escrow and garnering interest, our property languished on the market due to a lack of feedback or communication from the agent. Recognizing the need for a change, we turned to Elle and Ryan, who had persistently reached out to us. Their attention to detail was evident from the start as they personalized their approach by storing our names in their contacts. Upon listing our home with them in March, it took a mere two weeks to secure a contract, with a backup offer in tow. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Elle and Ryan for orchestrating such a seamless and stress-free transaction.

Verified Elle did an outstanding job. She is very knowledgeable, professional , and caring. She searched tirelessly for the perfect home me and she found it. We looked at several different homes with different layouts. We looked at flooring, central air conditioning, three bedroom, at least 2 bathrooms. The first house that we saw that we thought we wanted someone else got it first. Elle found us a better home and it was love at first sight. She is amazing.

Verified Elle Zhang and husband Ryan sold my condo within 30 days, as it was previously on the market for over 90 days. They went above and beyond, and took great care and concern to ensure the process was stress-free from start to finish.

They spent hours answering my questions, providing specific data regarding how many homes they sell, and how long the listings typically stay on the market, before and after their agency list properties for sale. From the time the home list to closing is absolutely remarkable!

The team is knowledgeable of current market trends, and "top notch" with their service, and 100% profesional at all times. They were truly amazing. A great team to work with! I think you would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Five stars!

Verified Ryan and Elle are by far the best real estate specialists in the Honolulu Area. They have the inside knowledge of all the best deals. I don't know how they did it but they negotiated a very good deal for a high-end condo for me. If you are surfing the web for a real estate specialist I will save you time and just give them a call. They know of all the good deals. I had to get out of Waikiki because of all the zombies. Now I am in a safe gated condo complex and can sleep at night and not be woken up by the endless ambulances, fire and police sirens.
